I am able to see people remotely, by telephone or video call. From time to time, I might not be available to see you face-to-face and will need to see you remotely. (If this is the case, you should be told ahead of time and given an opportunity to rebook for a different time. You might want to see me remotely. In order to see you remotely, I need you to use the app WhatsApp, please. It is available for iPhone and Android phones.
